Fresh, Seasonal Fruits you may find that I consistantly and aggressively source the ripest, best tasting fruit more than any other purveyor around. The downside is that the seasons availability are fleeting which, to me means two things. Enjoy it while it's around and preserve it for future utility, i.e. jar, can, or dry them....(all the above) for diversity in future applications year round.

Figs - Black Mission, Brown Turky, Kadotta, Magnolia (green skin with bright pink meat) and Celeste (small, sugary gold) some of which flush in late June in the Souther United States however usually commence in Central and East Texas around the 4th of July. They may produce through August pending variety and weather.

Off Market Seasonal Fruit - obviously, things like Mangoes, Mamey, Sapote, Cherimoya and other exotic fruits aren't locally produced however, when they're in season, I can get them off the market where I often find some very ripe and delicious, exotic fruits for which the "be here now" applies.

Mangoes- "Hayden" is my varietal preference and very good eating right now... (June/July)
